BROADWAY MUSICAL THEATRE POLICIES

TICKET RETURN POLICY:

Thank you for understanding that ALL ticket sales to events of Broadway Musical

Theatre are FINAL.

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Broadway Musical Theatre does not provide ticket refunds or exchanges.

CONFIRMATION is immediately emailed to you after placing an order for our live

inventory.   All sales are final.  Once your credit card has been submitted and

approved, which happens moments after you select the “BUY” button on the checkout

page, the sale is final.

EVENT CANCELLATION- If a show is cancelled we would need you to send the tickets

back to us for a full refund less shipping costs.  It is important that you make a copy of

the tickets and also mail them to us by certified registered mail just to insure we receive

the physical tickets so we can, in turn get a refund ourselves from the theatre.

WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY

Inclement weather is not a cause for cancellation. As long as the artists can make it to

the theatre the show will go on. There are no refunds or exchanges because of bad

weather. Plan to leave home early, and please travel carefully.

If the status of a show does change, an announcement will be posted on the home

page of this website and will be made on local radio and/or television.
